We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer / Field Technician to join our team. This position involves hands-on work in various outdoor and indoor environments, often using power tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in all weather conditions and can follow instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a variety of climate conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.)
• Accurately read and use tape measures
• Safely operate and manage power tools
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
• Travel to job sites within a 70-mile radius of Indianapolis as needed

Requirements:

• 6 month experience required
• Previous experience with power tools is preferred but not required
• Ability to read tape measures accurately 
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of concrete finishing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. You’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on a variety of residential, commercial, or industrial job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to concrete surfaces
• Set forms and ensure proper depth, pitch, and alignment
• Use straightedges, floats, trowels, and screeds to smooth and finish surfaces
• Patch voids and use troweling techniques for aesthetic or structural improvements
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Travel to job locations within a 70-mile radius of Indianapolis as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher
• Proficient with finishing tools and equipment
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and follow directions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all climates
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Reliable transportation required
